I went to a manufactures where in Taiwan. They are making the mold / die from different materials, Such as Ceramic, Tungsten. Here are some photos of the Mold / Die

Stamping / pressing is the process of placing a sheet metal into a stamping press where a die surface forms the metal into a shape. Stamping includes punching, blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining and so on.
